Her field material on agricultural markets in Tamil Nadu and West Bengal, collected from 1973, and on four decades of development of a small market town are in the archive of Ashoka University.
Her village studies field material from northern Tamil Nadu have now been deposited in the Centre of South Asian Studies, Cambridge University (from where this project started in 1972).
Her library of books on development and Indian studies is deposited in the library of Wolfson College Oxford.
