Resources, greenhouse gases, technology and jobs in India's informal economy the case of rice

This is an ESRC-DFID funded pilot project, running from October 2011 to June 2013. It seeks to contribute to research on low carbon transitions. It develops a set of micro-level methods that can be usefully applied elsewhere, including in advanced economies.

'Technology, Jobs and a Lower Carbon Future : methods, substance and ideas for the informal economy (the case of rice in India) - our Final Dissemination Conference will take place in New Delhi on 13-14th June  2013 and is being hosted by the Institute of Human Development.
